Logging CPD
 

 

The new IMA website has changed the way members log CPD credits. Review the step-by-step instructions below or view this instructional video.  


Logging CPD Credits - IMA Offerings

  • Designation Courses:  Corresponding credits will be automatically logged in your IMA member portal when you complete the course and submit the course feedback survey*
  • CPD Modules:  Same process as designation courses*
  • IMA Events (District meetings, conferences, live webinars):  Corresponding credits will be automatically logged in your IMA member portal post-event once the IMA confirms your attendance
  • On-Demand Webinars:  Corresponding credits will be automatically logged in your IMA member portal when you complete the webinar and submit the course feedback survey*

*Completing the feedback survey is critical for automatically logging CPD credits to your profile.

 

Logging CPD Credits - External Offerings

  1. Sign into your IMA Member Portal
  2. Click Welcome <Your Name> in the top right-hand corner
  3. Select Account + Settings from the drop-down menu
  4. Select Professional Development from the left-side menu
  5. Click + Add Entry
  6. Complete and submit the entry form. Click here for entry form instructions  


Entries will appear on the member profile as Pending until the IMA office reviews and approves the submission(s).  The video at this link provides visual step-by-step instructions.  

 

Checking Your CPD Status

  1. Go through steps 1-4 above to arrive at the Professional Development section of your member portal
  2. Click on the “Certifications/Programs” tab to arrive at the page below
